* When you are losing, make sure that you will leave as soon as you have used up your gambling budget. Remember that your extra cash is untouchable to be spent on another gambling session.
* When you are winning, set aside at least half of your winnings immediately. One half could be used up for a couple more games; the other half must be taken home with you.
